Two Stories
There are many ways to tell a story. I found a famous Korean video to talk about a love story. Originally, I thought it was just a music video, but I heard from my friend he said that this video is an advertising. This video is a very typical Korean style music video telling a tragic story with a explicit setting, characters, a plot, details and a back story. I could easily understand what it talks about although I totally don’t understand Korean.

Moreover, I also found a funny clip telling a story from origin to end with matching lyrics to scenes to memory Christopher Reeve. It’s another way to tell a story.

Yes. There are many ways to tell a story.
The video was very interesting, sweet, strange, disturbing and really told a story visually with a beginning and end.
The idea of imagery being strong enough to convey the range of emotions this story puts us through. Imagery can be very powerful.
kaichen – thank you for sharing this with the class. it was very powerful — and a great example of narrative.
